I run a company with a team I never hired.

I'm Kristian. I build companies the way people now build software: by orchestrating AI agents instead of hiring a team. I built an agent OS from scratch - the routing, the roles, the skills, the memory - and it runs a real B2B business end to end. Real product. Real customers. Real billing. One human pointing the way.

This site is where I work it out in public. Not a highlight reel and not a pitch. A running record of what I am building, what is breaking, and what the work is teaching me about running a company where most of the team is software.

The company is Presso Network - one platform, three services (Presso Tickets, Presso Events, Presso Pro) for professional business events. I founded Presso Network and run it, alongside Presso Events and Presso Ventures, from Reading in the UK.
